Mental Health Awareness Week – You are not alone. Join our live webinars to prioritise your Mental Health this Mental Health Awareness Week. Let’s connect!

9th – 15th of May is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year the theme of the week is ‘loneliness’. We know that loneliness can contribute to and be the result of poor mental health. During the last two years we have all felt the strain the removal of social connection and access to loved ones can have on our wellbeing and mental health. With many aspects of health and care roles moving towards more remote delivery we have been able to embrace the benefits and efficiencies of technology, whilst doing so it is important that we make building and/or maintaining meaningful connections with our colleagues a priority to support our mental health and that of our colleagues.

Reducing loneliness is a major step towards a mentally healthy workforce and society. We invite you to get involved and start building connections with other colleagues at our live webinars to maintain or promote your mental health.

Attend our KeepingWellNEL Mental Health Awareness wellbeing webinars and build connections with your health and care colleagues in North East London.
