Financial wellbeing support

Rising energy prices and increase in food and bills means that many colleagues are struggling to keep up with the cost of living and that financial uncertainty is increasing feelings of stress and anxiety.

We are here to support you.

Your financial webinars

We have a series of upcoming financial webinars to support you with your money worries and boost your wellbeing.

We have partnered with Arden & Gem to raise awareness of the importance of financial wellbeing. This series of webinars offers practical information and guidance specific to health and social care staff in north east London, from making your money work for you, to maintaining wellbeing during periods of financial uncertainty. The sessions also highlight what free support is available to help manage your money, pension planning, discounts, and managing uncertainty.
