Our events are open to all health and social care workers across north east London. They are designed with you in mind – understanding the challenges of working in health and social care – to support you as you support others.

Exercise for stress – Wednesday 12 April 12:30pm to 1:00pm
Exercising is a proven remedy for stress, given that it allows the release of feel-good hormones called endorphins. Start getting into the habit of exercising by joining our exercise to relieve stress event led by Angela.

How to manage your stress – Tuesday 18 April 12:30pm to 1:15pm
Feeling overwhelmed and don’t know what to do about it? We’ve got you covered. Sign up to Sarah’s webinar on managing stress and take the first step towards improving your wellbeing.

Mindfulness for stress – Wednesday 19 April 1:15pm to 1:45pm
Being present is an effective way to move your focus away from stresses of the past and future. Join Tony for 30 minutes of mindfulness and learn how mindfulness can be used to manage your stress levels.

Sleep well and stress less – Friday 21 April 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Is stress stopping you from getting a good night’s sleep? Is your poor sleep causing you stress? Join Claudia’s Sleep Well and Stress Less webinar to learn tips and tricks for a restful night’s sleep.

Let’s talk about mental health – your May Wellbeing Summit – Tuesday 16 May – 10:00am to 2:00pm

Prioritise your mental wellbeing in Mental Health Awareness Week:

Looking after your physical health is key to supporting your overall health and wellbeing, including your mental health. We offer Virtual exercise sessions every Monday to Thursday. There’s something for everyone, the instructors cater to all abilities and classes run at times which suit most schedules.

Aerobics – Mondays from 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
Combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training.


Deskercise – Tuesday & Thursday from 12:15pm to 12:30pm
Stretching and gentle exercise that can be performed throughout your workday and even from your desk.



Pilates – Wednesdays from 08:00am to 08:30am
Low-impact exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels


Yoga – Tuesdays from 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength


Zumba – Thursdays from 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience, dancing to Latin-inspired songs.
There are usually high- and low-impact intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination and agility.
