Looking after your physical health is key to supporting your overall health and wellbeing, including your mental health. We offer Virtual exercise sessions every Monday to Thursday. There’s something for everyone, the instructors cater to all abilities and classes run at times which suit most schedules.
Aerobics – Mondays from 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
Combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training.
Deskercise – Tuesday & Thursday from 12:15pm to 12:30pm
Stretching and gentle exercise that can be performed throughout your workday and even from your desk.
Pilates – Wednesdays from 08:00am to 08:30am
Low-impact exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels
Yoga – Tuesdays from 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength
Zumba – Thursdays from 5:15pm to 5:45pm
Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience, dancing to Latin-inspired songs.
There are usually high- and low-impact intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination and agility.
