My Wellbeing Box has not arrived – what do I do?
We are sorry for any delays in your box arriving. Due to the Wellbeing Boxes being dispatched in batches and the national postal strikes, delivery dates will vary. Yodel are the couriers who will be delivering your parcel. They will attempt delivery three times and will send correspondence via email. In the email it will provide an update on your Wellbeing Box under the name ‘homemovebox’. Please check your emails including your junk and spam folder to see if you have had any updates from Yodel before getting in contact with us. If you still have not received your box by Monday 5th December, please provide your full name and address and we will contact the delivery company to see if there is an issue with delivery.
Can I still join the Journalling Webinar or the Mindful Colouring Webinar if my Box has not arrived?
YES – you can download digital versions of the pages you need for both sessions by visiting https://keepingwellnel.nhs.uk/this-month/
Can my colleagues who do not have a Wellbeing Box also join the Journalling Webinar or the Mindful Colouring Session?
YES – the sessions are open to all health and care colleagues in north east London. We would love you to share the webinars with your colleagues. They can download digital versions of the pages needed for both sessions by visiting https://keepingwellnel.nhs.uk/this-month/
My Love2Shop Voucher isn’t working?
