If you are in a relationship, you may have noticed that you are increasingly short with your partner, perhaps getting frustrated with things that didn’t bother you before.

Likewise, you may have been experiencing challenges in your relationship itself. Working with your partner to address these issues can really help.



Relate offer a Counselling Service to all NHS Staff working in London are able to have free and confidential 30 minute conversations with trained Relationships and Wellbeing Advisors, to talk about all kinds of day-to-day issues or concerns, via Web Chat or over the phone, where advisors can listen to worries and concerns and work on how best to tackle them.

Whatever the problem, they are here for staff delivering NHS services in our region.
