When we spend most of our working life taking care of others, we often need that reminder to take care of ourselves.  Looking after your physical health is key to supporting your overall health and wellbeing, including your mental health.

At Keeping Well NEL, we have partnered with the London Borough of Havering to deliver a wide range of online exercise classes. There’s something for everyone, the instructors cater to all abilities and classes run at times which suit most schedules:

  • Pilates : Every Wednesday from 08:00 – 08:30
  • Deskercise : Every Tuesday & Thursday from 12:15 – 12:30
  • Aerobics: Every Monday from 17:15-17:45
  • Yoga: Every Tuesday from 17:15-17:45
  • Zumba: Every Thursday from 17:15-17:45
